Manual transfer worksheet

Compare your checkout offers

Use the exact total spend and stated INR receipt from two or three offers you already have. The worksheet calculates from your entries; it does not fetch or verify provider prices.

Amounts and provider labels stay in this worksheet until you refresh or clear it. Usage analytics may record only the corridor and offer count; your browser analytics setting applies.

Your checkout offers

Enter the total you will pay, including known provider fees and taxes, and the provider’s stated INR receipt. Use up to two decimal places; correctly grouped commas such as 1,000.50 or 1,00,000.50 are accepted.

Use the same total budget

  1. At each provider, check the total debit and stated recipient amount. Include known provider fees and taxes in the total you enter. For example, a 1,000 transfer plus a 5 fee means a 1,005 total; the worksheet does not subtract that fee again.
  2. Check the sending country, funding and payout methods, promotion eligibility, quote timing, transfer limits and delivery. A lower advertised fee alone does not establish a better offer. Additional card, intermediary or recipient-bank charges may be outside the displayed figures.
  3. Enter the figures here. A receipt gap requires equal total spend and your confirmation of comparable conditions. With different budgets or unconfirmed conditions, the worksheet shows the entered amounts and per-unit ratios without a receipt ranking. Recheck the provider before paying.

The ratio divides the stated INR receipt by the total you enter in the sending currency. It describes these figures, not the provider’s exchange rate, an offer at another amount or a guaranteed saving. This worksheet does not determine transfer eligibility, account suitability, tax or reporting obligations.

Calculation bounds: total spend 1–1,000,000 sending-currency units; stated receipt 0.01–1,000,000,000 INR. These are worksheet bounds, not provider transfer limits. Refreshing clears the entries.
